Afra completed a masters degree in environmental design and architecture at Cambridge University before qualifying as an architect at The Bartlett School of Architecture. She joined Morris + Company in 2017, where she has predominantly worked on housing projects. Afra has a strong interest in making and innovating through research, be that through detailed material studies, or gaining an understanding the wider social, environmental and economic contexts of the practice’s work.

Niall joined Morris+Company in April 2021 having previously worked on a number of high profile London based projects. He graduated from the University of Dundee in 2009 and has worked in London for over ten years. He has experience in high specification residential interiors with a detailed knowledge in later stage construction and delivery phases. He has worked in key roles in both the design and construction phases on the envelope of a large university. He is currently the Project Architect for One Wood Crescent, a ten-storey commercial office development on plot D of the former BBC Television Centre in White City, London.

Rowena studied at the Manchester School of Architecture and Kingston School of Art, before qualifying as an architect in 2017. She joined Morris + Company in 2018. Rowena has developed a craft-based, material-focused approach to design, applying this from early-stage modelmaking through to detailed design. She has worked on a range of new-build and refurbishment projects in the housing and education sectors.

Jane graduated from The University of Westminster with a Distinction and has exhibited at the 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale, V&A London Design Festival 2018 and the Het Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam. Jane has experience in delivering projects from concept stage to construction on a variety of projects, specialising in commercial refurbishment and interior fit-out.

He has particular experience in the housing sector, from small Passivhaus projects through to larger-scale housing. He is also adept in physical and computer modelling as part of the design refinement process.

Thom studied at Sheffield – where the plight and rebirth of Park Hill inspired a lifelong interest in housing – and at The Cass. Prior to joining Morris + Company in 2021, he has ten years’ professional experience, during which time he has been involved in a wide range of conservation, renovation, and large new build projects, including Social Housing, Private Sector Housing and Senior Living projects; two BFI Secondary Schools, major reconfiguration of Wren's Royal Hospital Chelsea, and the reorganisation of Leicester Cathedral to accommodate Richard III’s reburial. Fluent in Revit, Thom was instrumental in advancing the implementation of BIM at his previous practices and is involved in Revit best-practice development at Morris + Company.

Marta joined Morris+Company in January 2020, having previously worked in London since 2015. She has experience delivering projects from construction stages predominantly in the housing sector. She also worked on a range of commercial, education and residential projects in the Netherlands and Spain. Marta studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Valencia ETSAV and the RWTH Aachen University in Germany, graduating with distinction in Valencia in 2014.

Belén joined Morris+Company in 2019. She completed her Masters degree with honours at San Pablo CEU University in Madrid in 2016. Her final thesis project was awarded the First Prize in PFC COAM 2016. The project brings a sensitive response to human crafts and natural environment as a result of her collaborative research with Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. She is an experienced Architect in residential and hotel projects, working on schemes of different scales, from high density residential towers and urban masterplans to one-family dwellings.

She gained a first class degree from the Manchester School of Architecture and was a founding graduate of the London School of Architecture. She has been involved in several housing and commercial projects and has a particular interest in community wellbeing. With an interest in learning through doing, Emily has been involved with several participatory live design/build projects.

Luke joined Morris+Company in 2017 having studied architecture at Kingston University and at the CASS, London Metropolitan University. He qualified as an architect in 2020 from the University of Westminster. He has since taken creative roles in the design and concept development of projects across a wide range of typologies and scales, and within the studio helps to deliver an education programme to work experience students. Luke has also been a visiting tutor and critic at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Navarra (ETSAUN).

Adrian is skilled at conceptual design development across various media including drawing, visualisation and physical modelling. He has particular experience in residential and commercial projects.

He has experience from various offices in Copenhagen and a stay in Antwepen, where he has had tasks such as development of design, sketching, model building and detailing.

Johannes began his studies in 2013 in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design at the University of Copenhagen and then started at the Royal Danish Academy - Architecture in 2015. With a bachelor's degree in Architecture and Technology, he graduated in 2021 from the master's program "Settlement, Ecology and Tectonics".

John holds great empathy for Architecture that instils real social value and collective wellbeing.

Mareike joined Morris+Company in 2021 after working in several international studios in Germany and Denmark.

She is based in Copenhagen since 2019, where she mostly worked with housing, urbanism and communal projects. Before she was working with co-housing and mixed-used buildings for several years in Berlin. Mareike has successfully lead projects, won international, open competitions and has experience from conceptual design until construction stages. She also worked with workplaces, participation processes, commercial and hospitality projects. Her interest lies in complex programmes, environmentally and socially engaged spaces that people identify and engage with.

She studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Arts in Copenhagen and the Technical University Berlin, graduating there in 2014.

Luke graduated with a distinction from the Bartlett School of Architecture in 2016. He joined Morris+Company in 2019. Luke has a keen interest in the history and theory of architecture, and the role of buildings in telling stories. By approaching each stage of a project in this way - from conception through to construction - he looks to understand the narratives that underpin design decisions. Having worked across a broad range of project types; from temporary pavilions to airports, he seeks creative responses to a brief at all scales. Luke has experience as project lead on several private residential projects, as well as roles within large team structures on complex masterplanning proposals; favouring a collaborative method to draw upon the collective expertise of all parties. Luke is also a visiting critic at the Bartlett and Oxford Brookes.

Francis graduated with a distinction from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (KADK) in 2018 and has worked in Copenhagen prior to joining Morris+Company in 2019. Francis has an interest in developing the social and collaborative potentials of architecture, and enjoys developing ideas and relationships from a close understanding of context. He has developed projects with an ambition that they should speak to the places from where they arise, designing and learning from London, Copenhagen, Tbilisi, Galicia, Havana and Seoul. Francis has lectured on the role of collaboration in architecture at KADK and is a visiting critic at the University of Brighton.

Claire joined Morris+Company in November 2019. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cape Town before graduating from Delft University of Technology in 2019. Her graduation thesis interrogated high density housing in Mumbai’s urban periphery. Driven by a deep reverence for the social value of architecture, Claire is interested in the intersection between city-making and place-making; from the urban to the intimate scale. She received a special mention in the UN-Habitat International Design Collaboration for Kenya, Claire’s work on the symbiotic relationship between formal and informal trade and transport economies was presented at the UN Headquarters in Nairobi and exhibited at the UN Habitat III conference in Quito, Ecuador.

Amelia is also drawn to the role of materials and craft in architecture, and loves making models.

Aifric joined Morris+Company in September 2019. She graduated with a first class honours from the Dublin School of Architecture (DIT) in 2018. Her thesis was shortlisted for the Mont Kavanagh Scholarship and the Sir Richard Morrison Scholarship. Her thesis examined the functional and symbolic forms of ground and roof in order to mediate our perception of place. She is interested in creating a dialogue between these two elements to enhance our understanding of our environment and the structures within it. Aifric has previously worked in practices in Dublin including ODOS Architects, Steve Larkin Architects, and Spaced Out Architects in London.

Dora joined Morris+Company in 2019. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Sheffield before graduating with a distinction from Oxford Brookes University in 2019. Her area of research examines the domestic appropriation of leftover spaces in the form of micro-dwellings. Previously Dora worked for DO:GMa in Limassol, Cyprus, where she was involved on a range of residential refurbishments, small-scale housing schemes and interior design.

Her thesis project focused on inclusively bringing the local community into the process of designing and engaging with historically rich heritage to gather a sense of communal belonging.

Kehinde joined Morris+Company in July 2021. He graduated from Nottingham Trent before completing his Masters at the University of Kent, School of Architecture in Canterbury.

His thesis proposed a digital interface for those experiencing rough sleeping and homelessness in Canterbury. Examining through psychogeography and historical archive data to provide digital and physical free services and opportunities to the most vulnerable. With the desired aim to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of the individual.

Recognised by the Venice Biennale and British Council, he was awarded with the opportunity to work at the Venice Biennale Fellowship Programme 2021, as a researcher responding to further concepts of ‘How Will We Live Together’.

Matteo joined Morris and Company in 2021. He graduated in 2007 summa cum laude at Universitá degli Studi di Firenze and subsequently earned a 2nd level university Master’s Degree in public realm design. He set up his firm in 2008 in Lucca, Italy, focusing on education and public realm projects.

In 2016 he moved to UK and has since gathered extensive experience as an Architect and BIM specialist across all the project stages, scales and sectors spanning from residential to large scale housing, stadiums and high-rise building. He is a BIM manager with an holistic approach and a specific focus on R&D and digital design processes.
